Role Overview: This is a physically light but highly responsible role that requires exceptional diligence and focus. Working as part of a team, you will perform the final assembly of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) following detailed technical instructions and quality standards.

How you will make an impact: You will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring seamless production by maintaining flawless data integrity within our ERP system and optimizing global logistics.
More specifically, you will:
- ERP System Management: Managing the production information system and ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Procurement Administration: Full-cycle procurement management and planning.
- Inventory & Warehouse Control: Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, managing goods receipt, and handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).
- Logistics & Compliance: Organizing international transport for raw materials (Import) and finished goods (Export), including export license administration.
- Supplier Management: Searching for and onboarding new suppliers, negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions (Incoterms), as well as conducting periodic supplier performance evaluations.
What you need to be successful:
- ERP Expertise: Proficiency in MRPeasy or similar manufacturing resource planning software.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to manage large datasets, set critical stock parameters, and ensure that system data matches physical inventory.
- Negotiation Experience: Proven track record in supplier sourcing, conducting negotiations, and managing procurement contracts.
- Logistics Knowledge: A solid understanding of incoterms, warehouse management, and quality-focused goods receipt processes.
- Detail Orientation: A strong focus on “data hygiene” and maintaining organized workflows.

How you will make an impact:
You will be a key member of our Direct Data Link (DDL) team, ensuring high-speed, robust data transmission between our UAV fleet and ground stations. You will bridge the gap between radio waves and the operating system, designing the hardware and writing the low-level code that makes long-range communication possible.
More specifically, you will:
- RF & Electronics Design: Design and develop RF (Radio Frequency) circuits and high-performance Electronics architectures for communication modules.
- Linux Infrastructure: Design and develop a robust software infrastructure, including Linux Kernel and drivers to support custom hardware.
- Signal Integrity: Implement algorithms and Communication Protocols for robust communication in a high interference environment.
- Security & Reliability: Integrate robust encryption and verification measures into the embedded data-link systems.
What you need to be successful:
- Solid experience in Electronics design and RF design.
- Proven track record in Linux Kernel and drivers and firmware development.
- Expertise in C/C++ and a deep understanding of hardware-level Communication Protocols
You will have a significant advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of Autopilot systems, MAVLink, and experience building RC-controlled devices(especially long-range radio systems),
- Proficiency in FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) design and programming.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing the mechanical structure, and components of the drone systems.
- Building and iterating prototypes; running experiments; analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Ensuring designs meet specific product requirements for strength, weight, thermal performance, and environmental conditions.
- Collaborating closely with other teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Highlighting potential system bottlenecks and proposing relevant improvements.
- Conducting hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final products in lab and field environments.
- Creating tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
What you need to succeed:
- Technical Proficiency: At least 3 years of experience with CAD (experience with Fusion would be an advantage) and FEA tools, material knowledge, and design principles.

How you will make an impact:
You’ll work as part of an experienced and rapidly growing team of software, hardware and robotic engineers developing gimbal systems for autonomous aerial vehicles. You’ll be able to see immediate results of your work by participating in flight tests and will get to lay the foundations of a new generation of high-capability micro gimbals.
More specifically, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for gimbal control systems.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for DSP (Digital Signal Processing), motion prediction, and direct drive motor control.
- Review academic literature and apply the latest advancements in the state of the art to our system development.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware components effectively.
- Deploy your results to edge-computing platforms on our and our partner’s UAV fleet.
What you need to be successful:
- Education in Robotics, Control Theory, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or several years of experience in related fields.
- A solid understanding of signal processing, motion prediction and control theory principles, as well as system architectures for autonomous systems.
- Proven experience in embedded software development, preferably in robotics or motion control.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++.
- A hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
